Airport Information Desk and Facilities

Information and Help Desk
There is an International Visitors Information Services desk (tel: 703 572 2536 or 572 2537) is on the baggage reclaim (lower) level. Travelers Aid services (tel: 703 572 8296) are available at the information counter, located on the baggage reclaim level.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: The airport offers ATMs, bureaux de change and Internet kiosks; they can be found throughout the airport. Mobile phone hire is available on Concourse B.
Eating and drinking: There are a wide variety of bars, restaurants, fast-food outlets, coffee shops, ice cream parlours and cafés available at the airport.
Shopping: There are numerous retail outlets available throughout the airport. Duty-free is also available in the main terminal and on concourses B, C and D.
Luggage services: Left-luggage facilities and lockers are not currently available. However, luggage trolleys and a porter service are available throughout the airport. Lost property is handled by the Washington Dulles International Airport Police (tel: 703 572 2954).

Conference and Business Facilities
Business service centres can be found at the east end (tel: 703 572 2963) and west end (tel: 703 572 2969) of the upper level of the main terminal. They are equipped with bureau de change facilities, insurance, fax, photocopying, notary and other services. Business service centres are also abailable in Concourses B, C and D. Conference facilities are not available at the airport. The on-site Washington Dulles Airport Marriott (tel: 703 471 9500) offers14 meeting rooms, including a ballroom accommodating up to 520 people, and a fully equipped business centre.

Disabled Facilities
The airport provides disabled toilets and lifts with Braille signs. Visual paging and TDDs are available. Wheelchairs and assistance are available through airline representatives and should be arranged prior to travel. Reserved car parking spaces for disabled passengers are available in the airport car parks which are located either close to the terminal or close to the shuttle bus shelter. Airport shuttle buses equipped with wheelchair lifts can be requested to transport disabled passengers to/from the terminal building (tel: 703 572 4558).
